Have you heard of The Mum Club Waverley? It’s the sort of group that I wish was available when my two girls were babies. It’s part of a national franchise run to connect Mums. Once you become a member (it’s free to join!) you get access to, as well as other things, a whole range of events run by Mums for Mums.

I was lucky enough to be invited to photograph the latest The Mum Club Waverley brunch held at Coppa Club this week. I wouldn’t have dreamt of going somewhere so special when mine were tiny for fear of disturbing the rest of the venue with a crying baby or active toddler. With The Mum Club you have the comfort of being with a group of other Mums in exactly the same position. It’s designed for Mums and babies so there are plenty of highchairs, a playmat and toys, and always some welcome arms to hold your baby if you need a free hand or to park your pushchair.

All the Mums get spoilt with a bottomless brunch, including pastries, bacon sandwiches, pancakes, poached eggs with avocado on toast, endless supplies of well needed coffee & tea, and all with the great service of the venue. Not only that you also receive a goody bag with incredible freebies. This month it included among other things delicious cupcakes from Becca’s Floral Bakes which are seriously stunning treats, as well as a full pack of Bambo Natural Wipes and two pacifiers in a gorgeous box from the Danish brand BIBs.
